Bhansali’s Saawariya is inspired with Italian movie
The most anticipated film of the year ‘Saawariya’ is rather liberally inspired by the book ‘White Nights’, which was later adapated into a famous Italian film ‘Le Notti Bianche.’
With the remakes back in vougue, Bollywood never tires of getting inspired by Hollywood. Even after ‘Partner’ got rapped on its knuckles for lifting practically every scene from Hollywood flick ‘Hitch’, directors are not detracted.
