Om Shanti Om and Saawariya will eat each other’s business,Sajid Khan
Sajid Khan has cautioned both the filmmakers that it is not a good idea to release both big films on the same date as they will definitely eat into each other’s business. Last year too, Salman and SRK’s films Jaanemann and Don released together on Diwali, but while Don did well, Salman‘s film Jaanemann didn’t fair too well at the box-office. It also seems that Saawariya director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Om Shanti Om director Farah Khan are at loggerheads right now. So right now promotion for both films is on and it remains to be seen which one emerges as the winner.
